  house settings are buggy.
  I have had this happen before and I didn't remove my alt account.
  And I have vendors so it couldn't have been customizing the house.
  
  (have you also noticed that you can't actually ban anyone from your house? their name goes on the list but they can come and go as they please. It has been that way for at least a year or two)

  we had pks coming and going from the house in New Magincia on Siege
  during the christmas event last year
  (i believe also the year before too)
  
  that was a friends house
  but I have also have had this issue on Sonoma too
  
  for me... it seems to have started after they said that if someone is caught macroing at your house, that you could be actioned. 
  
  I banned someone from my Luna house
  and it threw them under my sign
  (none of their chars on their account could step a foot inside it after that)
  
  but at my tram keep
  name goes on list and they can come and go
