How much Detect Hidden and Tracking?

I am working on a scout char, he is an elf.  As I am looking into his template I am wondering what is the minimum recommended of each Detect and Tracking?

Also does he need 120 stealth?  How much more difficult does that make him to reveal?

well you probably want 120 stealth, and 120 ninjitsu, and the mastery shadow is good for not getting revealed (when you've been hit). As for tracking, what are you looking for people's hidden protectors? You can do okay with Jack of All trades Human skill.

Detecting hidden yeah you want 100. I often fail to reveal at 100.
