I purchased the new Newfoundland pet costume from the online UO store this morning.  I am unable to "apply" it from the Stable Groomer - is this a bug or glitch? What am I doing wrong? Thanks

    hi can EJ's get and use this costume for their cu?

    My EJ can't buy it from the store, but I would like her to have one. I don't want to buy it for her if she's not able to use it.
