Enhanced Client - When ignoring a player by target, canceling the target does not cancel the request

1. Open Settings

2. Click Filters

3. Click any Add By Target button

4. Press escape to close the target cursor

5. Click the player with just the normal mouse

6. Observe player is ignored

Expected: Pressing escape should cancel the flow.
