Where does one get the Wheelbarrow on Siege Perilous Shard? Its says "all shards"....

There is no Britain Commons on Siege Perilous, and therefore no Genie in the middle of it.  If all shards are to receive the wheelbarrow gift, where does a Siege Perilous player get his/her gift?  Thanks!
