Deceit NPC Dead Pirate  at begining of dungeon (inside).  What is the lore or use for this NPC.  Is he part of a quest chain?

This sounds like a shard-specific NPC, which probably means he's a left over from an EM event. Which shard is he on?

He is on Chessy, in the first room upon entrance.

It's most likely from a past event or can even be for tonight's event.

I don't go to the EM events, Sweetz goes to them all. I try and ask what happened at them but all I can get from her is "Dere wuz uh ded flappie to meez rite; wun to meez lef, in da front , aktually all ober ! MUWHAHAHHA"

If it's from a past event, NANOC will probably know more about it's history. It's an RBG event tonight so he should be on for it.
