Fellowship Hall - Is this still live?

I just wondered into a new thing (to me) just above where my house used to be in Britain called the fellowship hall. From what google is saying it was a publish event, but can we still participate in it? If so, what's the process? I didn't figure they would put an entire building in game if it was a one time event, surely?

    The event was last year at this time. We are defeating them in the black gate. Batlin was associated with them.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
