I can't buy Time of Legends or Sovereigns and EA seems not caring at all. UO team should know this.

Check this conversation I just had with EA support chat. Very funny.
I am pretty sure there is a problem in Origin store with regional issue that EA does not know. (And UO team does not know either.)
I cannot go into ultima related item pages in Origin store from South Korea. 
I don't think this problem is restricted just to me. (my smartphone has different connection and it shows same problem as my PC.)
It looks like I can't spend money on UO from South Korea as of now.

A little bit of contradiction.

This is the screen I get when I google ultima online time of legends or ultima online sovereign then click the origin link came as a result.
Same thing happens on my smartphone.
I think origin.com regionally blocked Ultima Online related items to South Korea, which I don't understand since Arirang and Balhae are Korean shards.
I also use paid VPN service, it doesn't let me bypass origin.com to US, which I am trying to figure out a solution.
Anyway, it doesn't seem right to have UO items blocked in my country.
I wonder UO team knows this situation.

I'm glad the issue is solved, however I do feel if you had followed the instructions given, ie go to the site and then type Ultima Online in the search box you would have had a better result than by using google.  Google isn't always the right answer.

Actually, I tried to buy something using a SKorean VPN. I also received a 404 error using all the suggested links to TOL. I actually couldn't buy ANYTHING. There is a legit problem.

you're just clicking on the link from your location outside of South Korea and it works, which it does, he is in South Korea, he's clicking the links, he's searching for ultima online in the store, it's not there. I am confirming its not there. Try connecting to a SKorean VPN like i said.

@Mervyn since you already have the SKorean VPN setup could you try the direct link:  https://www.origin.com/kor/ko-kr/store/ultima/ultima-online/expansion/ultima-online-time-of-legends 

If that works but the search does not that would indicate the problem is with the search feature.

I tried with VPN as well. The links do NOT work in South Korea.

This leads to the following possibilities: 
1. Origin is not allowed to sell Ultima Online in South Korea.
2. The Origin.com site admin removed the link to Ultima Online from the kor country code for some reason.
3. The Origin.com site admin never added the link to Ultima Online to the kor country code. Depending on the web server they are using it can be as easy as copy and pasting the links.
