Bod books not for sale appear on search? surely those vendors are all opted out?

The books appear on search but not their contents. Yesterday I put a bod book with one bod inside on my commissioned vendor that is opted in and the bod still does not show up in vendor search.  The bod is priced at 100,000 inside the book so that should let vendor search know that it is for sell.
