EC: block war on party not working

The enhanced client has an option to block war on party members as to avoid accidentally attacking them. This no longer works reliably (has been for a while now). Me and my guild mates keep attacking each other when we hit our attack nearest mobile macro. It used to work where as long as we were in party we wouldn't attack each other with that macro. We run a mix of red and blue players but it happens red vs blue, blue vs blue, red vs red.
