deathstrike cancelling tracking

when you have a player (or any creature really) tracked and you deathstrike the tracked target your tracking cursor vanishes.
This seems to be a leftover from when tracking used to affect deathstrike damage but since it doesn't anymore it's very annoying to lose your tracking target after a deathstrike.

expected result: for deathstrike not to cancel tracking and the tracking cursor still to be there.

unfortunately deathstrike still makes the tracking arrow disappear. Can this please be fixed?
