Pet Skill - Cold Wind

Hello, 

The Special Move "Cold wind" seens to bi bugged. I´ve treined 2 pets to get it. Firstly the cost is 0 (thats is different) and secondly when I learn it it shows in the "Pet Advancements" menu in RED but not in the "Lore & Knowledge" menu. It is not working. Why? 

And at least, why it is not consider and Area Effect Abilitiy?

Maybe they are fixing it.  It did nothing when you could add it.
