Just a suggestion to have these things initially display in the center of the screen.  Resolutions have gotten much bigger since 1997.  GUMPs showing up in the top left corner gets pretty annoying after a while.

nono, what is annoying is when the bags start to open in top right, you know you been playing for a while and need a break

lol lately I've been having containers (sunken treasure specifically) open on top of the inventory bag then quickly go behind it...ughh
