I’m a returning player and Ive experienced what I can only describe as a totally unacceptable level of server crash / revert since paying around 70 gbp to resubscribe and update my account. As a paid subscription service this simply isn’t good enough. You charge about the same as Spotify or to watch a Premium league match in UHD. The lack of announcements and compensation make me think your living back in 1998 when this was accepted. It’s 2019 get enough staff and capacity in place for 100% uptime.
