"You must be near a forge" when standing next to Smithing Press (7th vet reward)

Smithing Press (vet reward) isn't recognized as a valid forge when you try to make soulbinders.

While we are at it, small soul forge also isn't recognized as valid soulforge when you try to alter an glasses. You have to use the large soul forge.

My smithing press has ALWAYS required there to be a forge present. it only replaces the tool and the anvil.
