No Spell Channeling on Weapons from Mage Supply Chest

Dug up a Mage Supply chest in Tokuno on Origin a few minutes ago and pulled six weapons from it.  Not one of them had spell channeling.  I really do not understand why weapons in a chest with the "mage" theme do not have spell channeling.  I just don't get it at all and have been asking this since we did round 1 of the testing for this publish on TC.

    That's just RNG It has a chance to roll Mystic of Sorcery or arcane of wizardry. I don't even think mystic of sorcery has Spell channeling as a mod.
