Which monsters drop which maps in each facet

For example which monsters in Ter Mur drop supply maps?

I am not sure whether this is a comprehensive List and how updated it might be but, here you can find some info http://www.uoguide.com/Treasure_Map (scroll down half way...)

For Ter Mur, the Creatures spawning Treasure Maps (not sure if all...) are listed under the 5th Column...

The list on uoguide is for map guardians, not creatures that drop maps. uoguide has no list for those at all.

Not an easy thing you ask, many creatures spawn on several facets, for example

stone gargoyles spawn in:

Chaos Moongate, Montor Desert, Pass of Karnaugh, Rock Dungeon Level 2, Sorcerer Dungeon - dropping Ilshenar maps

Hythloth, Wind, Lost Lands Desert dropping tram or fel maps

Fire gargoyles spawn in Crimson Veins mini-champ, dropping Ter Mur maps or Hythloth dropping Tram/Fel maps.

If you are particularly interested in supply maps for Ter Mur I would suggest the abyss mini spawns killing fire ants which can be found at 3 of the spawns, also fairy dragon and wyvern

Supply maps are the old level 2 or 3, so I guess dark guardians should work? Not sure atm if they only dropped Malas maps, as low level maps only go to trash for cleanup points, maybe someone knows better.

IMO we shold start a new page on uoguide for it and get all player feedback consolidated there.

@popps That link shows the guardian spawn for each level and facet of chest. It is not a list of creatures that drop maps, although many of those do.

For me, I have little patience for grind so I just stick to the sure bets and have resigned myself to the reality that certain portions of this revamp are not for me. For example, I have written off direct Tur Mer map farming. Most maps I get for that facet will be from the paragon chests farmed elsewhere.

Yep, this is one aspect of this publish that I really do not like, especially if you play on Siege or Mugen.  Access to the Abyss is pretty well-controlled there, so essences are going to become very, very rare and expensive.

Yes, I was thinking of a list similar to the map guardian list from http://www.uoguide.com/Treasure_Map but with map droppers instead of guardians.
