Luna Trash can/chest

Not sure if this is right place or in bugs or dev forums.  Here goes.....The luna trash can/chest disappeared some time ago. I  have a couple of question.

1. anyone know what happen? (i heard one story from Sav about a player taking and toss it for points. probably a UO urban legend)

2. Who do we ask to have it replace? Mesanna?

I miss is sooo much. I put my luna library trash barrel out on the front steps for all of legends to use. If not accessible leave a note on the BB.

Maybe the disappearances could have something to do with the current revision-to-be of the CUB Points system?
