STOUT WHIPS, do they still spawn ?

I am in need to find one of these for a Quest.

My understanding is, that they Spawn on Orc "Captains".

Problem is, that I have been looking all over for these Orc "Captains" but only see Orc "Lords" or Mages etc. etc.

I have also spent over an hour killing Orcs (any type) over and over but no such thing as a STOUT WHIP showed up in their corpse....

Yeast yes, but no Stout Whips.

Do they still spawn ? Am I killing the wrong creatures to find them ?

@Mariah , do you have any reference on where to find them ?

I found this map of Makoto-Jima online, on the old Stratics site.  Check out the orcs to the right of marker #9 and south of marker 8.

Orc captains are not named as such. They are recognisable by their orc helm and large axe. You can find them almost anywhere that orcs spawn.

Just kill all Orcs and one will eventually drop. I got one about two weeks ago. In my experience and orc that looks like an Orc lord can drop them, including the Orc lord.
