there should be heavy ship traffic from every major city with Britain having the most traffic 
heavy traffic to and from the sea market
orc ships(you know the pirates) should aggressively attack any ship they see and maybe actually use their cannons
Merchant ships when attacked should use their cannons in defense

lots of pirates in Bucs den especially the fel side
double loot in fel
again make cargo hold secure containers for all purposes
again allow repairs to be made using the materials in the hold

all that being said i think this is a huge win for the Dev !
