Mercantile Trade Cargo : Does anyone know why they come with different weights ?

I was wondering why the Mercantile Trade Cargo crates come in 2, 3, 4 and 5 stones weights....

I understand they are for 9 Towns and come in 8 different wares' types (colors).

Is there any reason for the different weights or is it just a random thing ?

Anyone knows ?

    So you have to collect all the different cities and types in each weight to get the whole set.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    All mine have the same weight, dont understand what you think is wrong or why. Wood is 5 glassware is 3 jewelry is 2 and so on with all the 8 different types.
