Runic Atlas bug with new publish

Since it was confirmed by another player in game and not just me, am letting you know:

When you put a rune to your high seas ship in the atlas and set it as default, it does not work
as the default. Instead when you recall off the book, it gives you the spot is blocked message.

Thus, you cannot now set your ship rune as default in the atlas at least.

    Sorry I meant that any rune in the book you set as default will not work if you put your high seas ship rune in that book.

    Ah! So that's the cause of the problem!

    I have 5 characters who can no longer use their default atlas runes, its driving me nuts...

    that is also the case with runebooks… not just the Runic Atlas...
    I was wondering why the default on my runebook wasn't working... 
    I have 5 ship runes in it

    I have a ship rune in my runebook and the default rune works fine, however, every single time I use it I get the VvV warning gump and again when I go thru the gate.

    Things that may help the Devs reproduce this:

    I am only recalling between trammel and tokuno. The ship is in tokuno and has been since the event started. I play only on classic client.

    It happens in the EC as well.
