Torch falls out of backpack when you light it

An old bug. I used to light torches on Mobs body to make torch stand up on ground.
Noobs get confused when the they think the torch went poof.
Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

I think maybe the torch is supposed to extinguish when you put it in your backpack surely?
I was very surprised i was able to keep a lit torch in my bag, maybe that is the mechanic that is going wrong.

Torch stays lit. falling out is the issue.

Oh, and they fall out due to our hands being full.

This should be changed. Every new person I give a torch to drops it on deck and asks for another or wonders why it says they need a fire source.
Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

This is a very old bug. Candles do the same thing.
