Pub 104 - TC4 - Hovering mouse over tiller man no longer provides status of ship

With the enhanced client update that came out with TC4 the ship's status is no longer shown when you hover the mouse pointer over the tiller man. Instead you need to click on the tiller man and then hover the mouse pointer over his health bar. I do not see this issue with the classic client.

Not just the tiller man. Anything that is the right of a mast except for the cargo hold no longer shows status or a tip. I've circled the things that no longer show a tip.
