Debris on Ocean

My husband has been playing his fisher for a couple of days now (on Sonoma)
He was fishing up chests and came upon some debris.
He was watching the cords and not for debris.
The debris of a sunken boat is now on his ship & he can't drydock his ship now...

    Call help in game, a game master should be able to resolve this.

    He has tried that many times...

    He has paged about the issue, after waiting 4-8 hrs each day, he gets bored with fishing and switches to another char... I don't know the exact wording of it, maybe they didn't understand what exactly was on the ship... sometimes GMs will show up on Sonoma, sometimes they do not...
