New Vet reward(s) not till March?

So if i'm reading the newsletter correctly, new vet rewards (21st year) won't be out till March?
Will then 22nd year rewards be pushed into 2020?
Seems like we're having a year (2018) skipped if so.

Not sure they're doing rewards past 20 years anymore.

Just refreshing various years.
