"Open new corpses" not staying enabled

First of all, this is a fantastic update and I'm so excited to even have this option!
So, I've got "Open new corpses" checked in my options; however, as soon as I zone out of an area and zone back in, it stops working. Even unchecking and rechecking the option and hitting apply and OK does not always solve the issue. Sometimes it starts opening corpses again and sometimes it doesn't.
