Can garden sheds be raised?

Can garden sheds be raised by the deco tool or goza mats? I might eventually need to get a garden shed for the extra storage it provides but I do not want it blocking my movements.  I already have 60% house and bank storage increase.

you can raise goza mats and then place on it.
however the gozas can fall just a lil & if you decide to move it, it will chop it into pieces inside the gozas...
