Client spell casting speed variations
Priority: high
On enhanced client (all UIs), when you cast a spell and have the target set at CURSOR, you have SLOWER casting/cast RECOVERY times than classic client. When target is set to auto target self or current, the casting/cast recovery times are FASTER than classic client.
steps to reproduce: time the faster casting/cast recovery: cast any first circle spell (that requires a target) in as rapid succession as possible over a long period of set time using first EC target set to cursor, then again using EC target set to self/current, and again on classic client (no observable difference between auto targeting self and manual) and time how many spells were cast in each scenario over the set time.
Expected result: for classic client, enhanced client with auto target, enhanced client with target cursor, to have the same casting speed (same number of spells cast in the set period of time)
actual result: ec auto target will have most amount of spells cast, classic client auto target and manual target will have joint 2nd most amount of spells cast. ec target cursor will have the least number of spells cast.

I tell you the truth, tis better to do 10 damage on the right target than 100 damage on the wrong target.

Cursor
Push Button -> Ping server -> Spell starts -> Ping back ->Cursor -> Target -> Ping server (Spell goes off)
Queue target
Push button -> Ping server ( spell starts, Spell goes off exactly at the end of cast)
So you remove ~ 2 ping times, and the reaction time of a human with the cursor. Per spell
1 it is not a requirement to actually target self or last, the experiment can be done by casting the spells in rapid succession without actually targeting.
2 if this were the case, there would be a casting speed difference between auto target (queue last target with uoa) and non queue last target on classic client, and there is not.
