So, you’re probably sick of orcs by now, aren’t you?

Well, too bad. Some more have popped up, and declared their independence from elves, humans and gargoyles.  Exactly how they came to feel a lack of independence, or how you were suppressing them, nobody knows. Most people felt they were already free, if in dire need of a bath. But, they want to break free. Of something.

As a result, they might pop up near you. Or they might not. They might have decent loot. Or not.

I suggest you be on your guard. Orcs are unpredictable. Especially red, white or blue ones.

Happy July 4th!

Peculiar creatures were seen wandering the streets of cities across the lands. There were reports of these creatures popping up around players and their homes. At first, there were suspicions of a party spell gone awry, leaving crackling pyrotechnics loose among the citizenry!

Some proved more difficult to snuff out than others, but it later turned out to be the prelude to an Orcish declaration of independence. We are still not sure what they were declaring their independence from, exactly, however. Soap, perhaps? They took a particularly strong stand at the NEW welcome party. As we all know, orcs and ettins are some of the prime staples of a new citizen in training, so perhaps this was their objection. We may never know.

It took a couple days, but this rebellion was laid firmly to rest - though I am sure we have not seen the last of the orcs.
