Flame resonator issue

So I filled a flame resonator this morning and it disappeared from my backpack.  I went to Britain and I have no points.  What am I doing wrong with these?  Do we not get points for filling them?  How do I turn it in?  Just confused on this one.

    It fills the vessels, the resonator does not fill itself.  It has 100 uses.  They say it takes 84 shards to fill a vessel.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    You don't fill a flame resonator, the resonator collects essence from shards to fill a radiant vessel. When it runs out of uses, it is destroyed.
