250 Reflect Physical Damage How?

I've been collecting armor pieces for a while now and tons of artifact level pieces. They range from 5 to 20. If a weapon, shield, and armor are all that can have reflection on it then that gives 8 pieces which can carry the property. This means each piece would need over 30.

I saw a helm artifact that carries 30 rpd but nothing much after that.

Maybe there are some boots or earrings that can carry a little and might bring down that average some but even some other slot carrying 30 rpd like earrings that would still put the average at 27 for each weapon, shield, and armor piece.

Seems like the max possible is likely caps out around 160 or 170 reflect physical damage. So, that is almost another 100 pts that is allowed but is not attainable.

Can someone verify that armor/weapons from loot can have 30 or more?

I don't think there are many items with over 20 reflect damage. One of the new Umbrascale totems has 20 reflect on it so not sure if you have factored that in.

That said, where are you getting 250 reflect damage from? Is that a number that someone has said they have or is that some sort of cap?? If that number is the cap for reflect damage then it's possible that we cannot get there (yet) and it's just a number they didn't want to go beyond as new items are introduced. I believe SDI is the same way ( 250 cap IIRC) where if you would have tried to get to the cap 5-10 years ago there was no way to get there, but with the introduction of new SDI items people are now able to go beyond the cap.
