I was under the impression that this season we'd no longer be forced into fighting the Orc Champion in order to complete a new Toon. I called out to see if anyone was available to assist me,...not one taker, I'm sure everyone was taking a break........
 guess I won't be sending anyone a Xmas card this year..

    If made the toon after the shattering you don't,  something else is causing you not to be able to leave.

    If you made it before, they warned you.

    I sent my ranger to ATL with only the stuff that could be stored in the kit box, and all seemed fine even the tough time myself and others were having troubles but it seemed to all work itself out.For a while I wasn't able to make a new toon but one day it stuck and I was on my way. So for myself and others I've talked to what was the time and date of the shattering? I must have missed it.

    You aren't forced if you made it after the period new character creation was turned back on. It does send you to the island and give you the quest to do it, but you do not need to complete the quest to transfer that character. the only requirement is you finished all the quests to that point and gm'd all your skills.

    Hail Uffda! I enjoyed our time in NL Blackthorn Dungeon, I made out like a bandit there with antiquities and BT points while everyone else was doing TMaps and Veil Event.  I mostly played "Chelsea"  a Ranger-cum-Tamer and you and I bumped into each other a lot - when you weren't golfing:) Good Luck on ATL Umbrascale event! Chelsea is now on LS shard where I'm sure to see Pawain around :)
