How long does it take to fix a broken transfer?
I transferred a toon to Origin on Friday mid-day and came back an hour later and I was able to click on Origin shard at that point but my toon wasn't there. I thought maybe it just needed more time so I went about my day and logged in the next morning to see it still wasn't there.
I paged a GM (I guess that's the only thing we can do?) and eventually received an email at 8:40am EST that said my ticket/appeal had been escalated and they will let me know. That was 24 hours ago and this morning my toon is still not on Origin...
I've read threads before where this happened and they are able to recover the toon but I don't want to do too much stuff on the account because I don't want to mess anything up just in case. So how long should I expect to be without my toon?
