@Kyronix@Community Manager - We have a MAJOR issue right now on ATL. People were saying their Balron Chest was "deleted". I logged on to my Sampire to check and mine was also completely gone from my paper doll / backpack /etc upon logging in. This is a massive issue.

Shard is ATL and it was an original balron bone piece from the first event and I got it myself so I know it wasn't duped. It had plenty of durability even though it wouldn't matter because it was missing upon logging in. It was enhanced and refined as well (not sure if that is part of the reason).

People on ATL please be aware.

Hi, I urge Broadsword to re-think how to address this.
I see your approach at link

Instead of what you've put at that link, try something like this:
    1. Save a copy of all the shard backups that pre-dated and just after the in error deletion event.
    2. Write some code to enumerate the pre deletion event backup for all items that could have been erroneously deleted.
    3. Check if items no longer exist (by object serial), within the first backup after the erroneous deletion event. (in other words, diff the two backups for the items in question).
    4. Create replacement item(s) in container (player pack if equipped) based on output of 3.
    5. Obviously, you'll want to run this against off line backups first.

I'm not even sure how many are affected for me, at this point (but I know it's non-zero, including enhanced ones).  You have to be joking to handle this manually?

This needs to be sorted out with NO work from the players

    YOU FIX IT

i have no idea how many i have over 3 shards

this might be the final straw for me if this is not addressed properly and promptly

I'm blaming NL patching into prodo for this.   o:)
Edit: I was trolling, but yeah:

The october 30th deadline, is kinda hilarious. Let's forgot it has ever happen.
You get 2 weeks of Customer Support after our f up. *thumbs up*

On a serious note it's not like you had to pay 70+ millions for yours on Legends.. wait I did..

This show the studio knows.. 95%+ of these were auto farm in less than a hour; so 2 weeks CS!
    Or i'm lost..

You gonna have people out there with hundred, maybe thousand of deleted bone armor contacting the support. You know a number totally not suspicious.. That would explain the limited time CS.
    So i'm not lost?  :(
So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

Leave attended paying accounts alone, these people go thru a lot of trouble to automate the game.

It’s comical to me you are so frightened of somehow bod scripters get some sort of advantage.
