Lost Fire Resist lost my red Cu Sidhe.

I was lucky enough to get a red Cu Tamen for myself. However, I was with the CU in the Yomotsu Mine when the Cu and I were kicked out of the game due to a loss of internet connection, and when I got back into the game, I noticed that my well-trained CU had lost 35% of its fire resistance. I contacted support via the website about 4 weeks ago, but I haven't received a response yet, because I think I probably contacted the wrong support team.
As you can see in the photo, my CU lost a total of 46%: 35% in Fire Resist and 11% in Poison.
Does anyone know if there is a separate email address for the Game Masters that I can write to?
I would be grateful if you could solve this problem, as Cu has received most of the good PowerScrolls.
