Paladin Shield of Fire Transmog Question

Hi,

When I try to transmog this shield properties, system says "you can not alter this item" ?

Anyone has ever use transmog on these shields before? I don't understand is it a bug or not?

    Nope, this shield is directly from dynamic event drop from Eclipsed Dawn.

    Show a pic of the shield you want to use as the blank.  (Only things with stats work @Rocko)
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
