Waiting 10 Months for the Historical Sign

Hello together,

im still waiting now 10 Months for the Historical Sign for my Castle located on Drachenfels/Trammel some steps away from the Yew Moongate.

I wrote several Mails to Messana and at least i contacted the Customer Support, without getting an answer!

It seems thats the New Way of Broadsward to ignore Customers!

Yes, im really pissed!

But i would enjoy any good Ideas to get this done!
