Manticore Feathers Disappeared

Hello,

I had two Manticore Feathers. When I used one feather on the Manticore, the second charge of the Manticore Feathers also disappeared. I double-checked everything, relogged, but nothing came back.

Could you please help me restore one of the Manticore Feathers? I spent a lot of time farming for it — it took me killing around 200 bosses — and it’s really frustrating to lose it this way.

Just an FYI they won't replace lost items in the game... but maybe provide a little more detail about the bug to hopefully prevent it from happening again?

When did this happen / what message did you get when you used the feather / etc

Kevin is correct. If you could provide me with more information, I can definitely look into it and pass it along. 

Kevin gave a few examples of what is needed. Also, was it New Legacy or the Japan New Legacy shard? Did you have any macros running? What client were you using? Were you using any 3rd party programs (like UOA)?
