High Seas - Ship Upgrades

I am searching everywhere but it looks there is nothing anywhere. I want to upgrade my ship with Superb Sails, but the only thing I found it is that I need to be 105 tailoring....My friend with GM tailoring doesn't see this item to craft, he also own High Seas. Anybody knows how to craft this ?

    Are you sure you didn't hear about this on a free shard?
