The fisher representative at brit library should be taking fishing poles donations in order to add reward points.
It does, but only one of the "variations" of fishing poles. The list at the NPC's donating options show ONE kind of fishing pole and the NPC takes only THAT kind but there are TWO kinds (that I have seen so far). It was used one image for fishing poles that is mirrored to generate two varieties of poles --> the NPC ignores one and takes only the other, so half of poles can not be donated for reward points (but they still work for fishing as they should, they are not broken).
