Official confirmation that pets will xfer at end of season? Official season end date?

Hi all,

This boss grind is killing me. Just shy of 140 legendary points, have never received a taming related drop from any boss. No bestiary or lure drops ever. My sole interest in playing NL is to get an Emberwing and Manticore to bring back to prodo. So I still need hundreds and hundreds more points, but the only way to get points as far as I know is do the cycle of ice to solen to cd and throw in manticore if someone popped it. So I'm at that stage where I'm contemplating just stopping. I let my house fall last month because stopping boss grind to do housing quests was even worse. So I'm asking, has there been 100% official confirmation we can take these pets back at end of season shattering? I know several dev interviews happened recently but I haven't seen any content that came from those. Did any of those have confirmation? Has there been an official end of season date announced?

TBD - Armor / Gear no more then likely. Pets Maybe. And also again nothing written in stone. Production balance is the topic point to that question.

Quite frankly, gear transferring from NL to Prodo during the Shattering wouldn't be a problem, considering NL gear is so vastly underpowered in comparison to Prodo gear. Even Major Magic items or Lesser Artifact gear on Prodo is more powerful than even the best NL gear, let alone Prodo's Legendary Artifacts.

The only possible exception right now, would be Vanquishing Spellbooks (+50% SDI) that have been imbued with a Super Slayer, or the Crimsonflame Lantern (SC/+20% SDI off-hand).

I have a feeling that they might "nerf" the NL pets on Prodo, by making them unable to be slot leveled. So you can bring a Juvenile Manticore, Emberwing, Draalwyrm, or Ossidrial over from NL to Prodo after the Shattering, but you can't slot level them, so they'd end up being inferior to any 5 slot leveled pet on Prodo, making them purely vanity pets to show that you were on NL.
