Rare Hues for UO Holiday Giftboxes ?

I was trying to figure out which Hues are rare and which not, for UO Holiday Gift Boxes but went to this page https://wiki.stratics.com/index.php?title=UO:Rares_Collection:_Gift_Boxes:_Newer_Styles and was all boxes and hues listed but could not understand which Hues are considered as rare and which not... at the beginning of the page it mentions that beginning 2013 certain "rare" hues have been added and that, in the years following, up to 2024, new rare hues have been added but I cannot seem to understand which hues are these rare boxes...

    Any hue that is 4 digits is rare. To be exact Hue 1002 and above.

    Wow should have asked this question 11 years ago unless you hoard every gift box which wouldn't surprise me at all. Oh and again answer questions asked of you on your thousands of threads you start and leave when people actually ask you a question!
