Could you allow us to reforge Paladin Cloaks?

I haven't found much to do with high end runics since I've returned and the cloak currently are just for show it seems.

You can buy a Transmorg potion from the in-game store to convert it to another cape or quiver (but it loses container status) and since you would buy it from them I doubt they would change runics too reforge them.

I don't honestly know what a transmorg potion is actually, but i will look it up

Oh I found it but I thought that was to make something made for a human/elf into a gargoyle item or vice versa.
