fountains of life went into moving crate but I cant see them

I went into customize mode and my fountains of life went into moving crate but I cant see them to remove them, I have showed a GM the issue , I can even recreate the issue and the item count increases with each fountain but cant see them ,, GM was suppose to let Devs know of this issue

I've used classic and i've used default EC ,, even the GM said he cant see the fountains in the crate

I would kindly ask for your continued patience, if the GM escalated the issue to the Devs, I'm sure they will get to it as soon as they can.

just mainly trying to see if someone came across same issue and if resolved how did they resolve it 

but yes it was escalated as far as I know of
