Its time to turn the ToT on in Fel Solen tunnels

Pretty much the title. As more and more bots come back, even on less active servers, it's time to turn on the ToT in all Fel solen tunnels as a buffer to spread out the number of characters doing the event.

No need to turn this into a bot discussion.

    At this point a lot of players are getting drops for themselves. Long event - good armor - great deco! - any template can participate - fun for any template. Why not.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
