Returning Player looking for house

Looking for a decent house to start with to get back into the swing of things. Are spots still scarce? Is the market still insane? Not trying to get a castle on day one of returning lol, but I do need something decent.

there are some smaller spots around you just need to search the problem is the timer the devs put on the placement tool it times out to much and takes to long to allow you to re use it again its a real pain in the arss

Fair, I'll begin the search lol. Got to much stuff on my toons to play until I find a decent spot lol. Thanks!

id upgrade your accounts if you haven't already for the extra storage / bank space and charter

you can get beetles for your char that you dont use and fill them up as well as a backup for more space dont use pack horses they will disappear on log out with all items in them and you have to be setting on the beetles at log out as well

Ah, yeah, I did all that long ago. I'll see if there's more upgrades than I already have. All my toons have beetles lol. Legendary Bard Tamer benefits lol.

In the end it was just cheaper to transfer to a lower populated server. I have most combat and crafting skills at legendary and found plots for me, my wife, and son to all get houses next to each other.
