Banned from the UO form site and all of uo.com

So I contact the guy in charge of the forms while I was banned from the he told me he don't know nothing about it Go to support and contact them I did that they never got back to me. Not really cool when you pay for it you know as many accounts as I do. And all I've ever done is tell the truth about the scammers and the botters in this game. And they ban you without any email. It's a little sad. But there was never been any bands or warnings before. And just blowing me off when I contact them is really bad. You're supposed to be a business You're supposed to make money and you're supposed to help us when we ask for it. Or at least email us and tell us you know you're not going to help us you know that tell us where to go you know like and we'll never get back to you or something. I don't know how much more people can take but this is kind of one of the last straws there. People ask for help and we don't get it and then you just banners from the forms. When we ask for help and tell you what's going on from all the scammers you banners That's a little messed up.

    1. You are obviously not banned from the forums, as you are able to make this post.
    2. I have told you, I have NO WAY of knowing what other forum accounts you have unless you tell me the forum user names.
    3. I HAVE NOT banned any forum accounts. 
    4. I have no knowledge of game accounts, if you are banned in game it is nothing to do with me and you will have to contact the appropriate support. I AM NOT A DEV 
    5. nor am I a 'he', but we'll overlook that one.

    I would also like to add, that if you are e-mailing support and using a "Hotmail", "MSN" or "LIVE" email, that you use another e-mail at this time to contact them.

    Well I don't know what's going on One day I can post on here in the next day I can't post here on my laptop I can only post on my cell phone after I take the Wi-Fi off. So I don't know what you guys did or what's going on but it was working on my computer for a while then it stopped again. I'm not sure what you people are doing there I don't know if you have the manpower I don't know if they cut your funding I mean what a game would only $12,000 plus people I don't know what you people are doing. But yeah when someone pays for a account we should get customer service and get a little bit of help I've asked you guys a contact the customer support I got no response back by email. I thought it was fixed but it's not so I don't know what to say. Poor poor poor customer support. Still ban on my IP when I go to my computer. Sad sad sad
