House Refresh Issue: Town Quest Not Updating Ownership...
There appears to be an issue with the House Refresh requirement. According to the info published by Mariah: https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/new-legacy-an-overview/new-legacy-houses/
"Players must complete quest objectives in order to maintain their home. Houses that have not been refreshed via quest objectives will be subject to a 28-day decay cycle."
"Upkeep Requirement: 14 Job Board tasks per 28 day cycle for the city owning the housing area, completed by the character that placed the house."
City owning the housing area is Skara Brae. [Completed Skara Carpenter bulk order quests.]
Bulk orders completed by character that OWNS the house. However, this house was TRADED.
Evidently, the house was already updated with required quest objectives when traded. However, after refresh date, which did update to new expiration, the Quest Objectives are not updating.
I believe this issue is because house was TRADED. I guess this hasn't come up because a house trade in New Legacy has not happened... until now? {I was very lucky to get the offer from a generous veteran player, while I was struggling to place near the crossroads in Skara. Thanks to "Bane Drider"!}
