Pigments of Tokuno are pointless on NL
Pigments of Tokuno can be bought through the UO Store on NL and I have yet to find a single item they will dye.
I've tried:
Boss Drops
Assortment of armors and offhand
Jewelry
Legacy Sash
Talisman
Fragmented Items before and after repair
Enhanced weapons through Congiarium
Spell books enhanced through Congiarium
Narrative items
Please confirm this is a bug and named boss items were intended to be dyed using Tokuno Pigments at the very least. Everyone running around with the same gear looks very boring.
As it stands this is a waste of USD from the advertised store (some may argue it was a waste even if it worked but another time), all it does at the moment is take up space.
Also please add a disclaimer to the item for NL purposes if you are NOT going to make them work on anything and cant remove them from store for specific shards. I am sure there are others like me who are returning players who are only on NL right now and not production servers. Heads up would have been appreciated.
If making your paper doll look good ain't UO, what is?

I was gonna make this thread the other day. Why let us buy stuff we can not use on our armor?
I think they should dye all armor since we will be getting new ones often, NL upgraded stats today.
